Camille is a Certified Wine Specialist from Houston, TX.  She attended Texas A&M University where she received a degree in Agricultural Development.  While attending Texas A&M University, Camille was an Agricultural and Natural Resource Policy Intern in Washington, D.C. and President of MANRRS (Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences).  After college, she pursued a career in sales and marketing. In 2010, Camille became a Certified Wine Specialist.   In 2017 she completed her certification as Specialist of Texas Wine. She enjoys sharing her passion for wine, agriculture and traveling with others through wine events and tastings.  Camille started A Perfect Pairing Wine Group in 2009 where she specializes in wine tastings, food pairings and creating eclectic wine events.  She has produced two wine labels, Hube Wines and Colere Wines sourced from Sonoma, CA and Texas private, family vineyards. 


Camille works with wine bars, restaurants and wineries developing wine lists, purchasing, coordinating wine events and consulting.  She is a Licensed Insurance Broker, specializing in insurance and risk management for the wine and food industries.  Her knowledge, passion and diverse experience in various industries along with her work in several different areas of the wine industry gives her a unique and creative perspective on wine tasting and allows her to create a memorable experience for her clients.  Camille is known for her creative and detailed wine events and has a diverse and eclectic group of wine followers.

Cristina Aguilar 

Cristina is a graduate of the University of Houston, Conrad H. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management.  She is studying hotel and restaurant management emphasizing on wine and spirits and a minor in beverage management and marketing.  Cristina’s passion for wine and spirits started during a 2 day class at school in which three Master Sommeliers taught a wine class where they taught everything about wine and how it was made.  This class sparked her interest and the rest was history!  Cristina has interned at Walt Disney World in Florida as well as the Omni Westside Hotel in Houston.
